"Companionship along the       spiritual pathway"

Three Nails Ministry  has been established by Paul White, a Catholic parishioner of St. Brendan's Parish, Shepparton which is in the Sandhurst Diocese , Victoria, Australia. Paul practices across Victoria and in NSW.

Paul was born in 1950 and is married with five grown up sons. He  studied for a time in a seminary before he commenced a lengthy career in  public service management within the community and personal support sectors. Paul has been recognised for his distinguished contribution to this area through a number of awards but particularly the Public Service Medal (PSM) in the Queen's Birthday honours in 2002.

After completing his public service career, Paul was invited to work for the Diocese of Sandhurst and was engaged in Pastoral Planning  for the Bishop. This involved the development of a number of initiatives as well as formation of pastoral councils at both the parish and diocesan level.

Paul has undertaken formation and training as a Spiritual Director. He continues to live his faith through a range of ministries within his local parish  and participating in  spirituality forums.

Paul feels called to ongoing ministry serving  particularly those in parishes without the benefit of a resident priest. He has delivered retreats in every diocese across Victoria and at St. Mary's Towers Retreat Centre, NSW. He is also a member of  the Campion retreat team, Kew, Victoria.
